As it seems people don't seem to listern and address the needs of those living with HIV/AIDS, what do you need or want should be addressed, we are tought through enpowerment to support ourselves, consider contacting your local authority for support for which funding is made, responsabilities held and assistance to help you.

I have listed the sigma report http://www.sigmaresearch.org.uk/files/report2009b.pdf yet suggest this should be reviewed and incorporated with the additional information available through this site.
