Introduction

The purpose of this research is to explore how HIV-positive women in the UK use their inner resources and strengths to cope with the disease. To date, most research has focussed on men and their difficulties in coping with HIV. This research project is a bit different. It looks at how women might use various positive strengths and characteristics in dealing with HIV.

One way to find out more about these positive strengths and resources is to fill out some questionnaires. By completing a few of these questionnaires, we will be able to help professionals in developing better interventions to help you in living with HIV.
