This document is a consultation on the Proposed Rights of Children and Young Persons (Wales) Measure which relates to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Start of consultation: 17/03/2010
End of consultation: 07/05/2010
The Welsh Assembly Government wants to create a law that will allow the rights and duties in the UNCRC to be carefully thought about by the Welsh Ministers and the First Minister in the important decisions that they make. This consultation document explains what the Welsh Assembly Government thinks this new Measure should contain.
