The service offers eligible people a series of coaching sessions free of charge.  You will be offered 12 coaching sessions initially. The main focus of this service is to enable you to return to work, training or education that will improve your prospects of finding work.  Although the focus is on returning to work, the coach can work with you to sort through other life issues to enable you ‘clear the decks’ so that you feel ready for returning to work, training or education.

You will set up a series of telephone calls with the coach at mutually agreeable times, typically weekly or fortnightly.  Each call lasts around 50 minutes.  All you need is access to a quiet space with a telephone, paper and pen and a commitment to the coaching process.

To be eligible for this service you must be:

·        Thinking about returning to work, education or training

·        Eligible to work (legally) in the UK

·        Over 18

·        Living with HIV

The service is paid for by the Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF).  There is no cost to you in accessing this service.  You will agree with the coach whether you will call for each session or whether the coach will call you.
