This consultation seeks views on the draft Pension Protection Fund (Prescribed Payments and Investment Costs – Amendment) Regulations 2011. The draft provisions will mean that certain costs will move from the Board’s administration budget (funded through the administration levy) to the Pension Protection Fund (funded in part through the pension protection levy). The intention is that the regulations will come into force on 1 April 2011.
