The House of Commons London Regional Select Committee - a special committee of London MPs- has today released its report on the capital's population and the 2011 Census.
It backs up many of the arguments made in the London Councils' publication Counting the cost, in particular how the 2001 Census provided a flawed baseline to base the funding of key public services and the need to ensure the 2011 Census is properly resourced.
