It seems there is a delay for the Jobless in accessing the New Deal and back to work scheme's. To see more click on the news items below.

"Thousands to miss out on job training as back-to-work scheme is suspended despite rising unemployment" - Mail

I mention these stories as they affect the population as a whole, when you throw health issues into the "mix" clearly it becomes more difficult in the current climate.
