We know how the government treats the poorest and we still wait to see how they might improve how they treat the most vulnerable - we live it.

If it is true he was offered Education and didn't want to go the question is, if he was doing such a good job at the DWP why would the Prime Minister have wanted to move him especially with rising unemployment and the high profile of the DWP, in any forthcoming cabinet reshuffle?
