The Work and Pensions Committee plans to take oral evidence in June on the EU Pensions Policy. Issues which the evidence session is expected to cover include:

The EU Green Paper on Pensions
Reform of the Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision (IORP) Directive
EU support for member states’ efforts to ensure the adequacy of retirement income

In advance of the evidence session, short submissions (no more than 3,000 words) are invited from interested organisations and individuals.

The deadline for written evidence is 13 June 2011.
