Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I am 57 years of age and retired on ill health from work two and half years ago. Although working for four years with my condition prior to this.....it became a battle with my body wanting to go to work but being so ill and going anyway because didn't want to let people down. I cried so much when I had to finally leave. I have worked all my life prior to becoming ill.

I have Fibromyalgia, IBS, dry eyes, blepharitis, Plantar Fasciitis and mild reynauds in my feet. I would like to be told in writing what the criteria for the medical profession working for Atos is using to assess people like myself with non visible, chronic pain conditions....such as Fibromyalgia, ME, Arthritis , back pain and many others
