The upper tribunal has made a significant ruling on a claim regarding the otherwise strict interpretation of ability and distance to walk in relation to the Mobility component of Disability Living Allowance.
This relates not to the claimants ability to walk, the speed or distance but to there continence issues and relation to "go out" at all as a result of soiling.
