DWP issue guidance to Decision Makers on 'limited capability for work' & 'limited capability for work related activity'

The DWP have issued guidance to Decision Makers on the ESA (Limited Capability for Work and Limited Capability for Work-Related Activity) Amendment Regulations 2011. The Regulations come into force on 28.3.11.
