The purpose of this consultation is to make sure that the new 'Teenagers and Young Adults Cancer Measures' are clear and comprehensive for inclusion in the Manual for Cancer Services 2008. All comments on the draft measures should be send directly to the National Peer Review Team using the attached template.

The National Cancer Peer Review Team has also placed the consultation on CQuINS. CQuINS is an on-line tool for supporting the quality improvement of cancer care through self assessment and peer review.
