DLA and AA Benefits - a freedom of information request to the DWP

Please provide the amounts spent on the Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance since April 2005.

If possible please break this information down into:

1. the different financial years - especially Apr 2009-Apr 2010

2. separate figures for DLA and AA

3. the constituent nations (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern
Ireland).

Please also specify the total number of claims (UK-wide) for DLA and AA since April 2005 and the number of claims which were denied during this period.
