The Secretary of State and Welsh Ministers have published arrangements under section 32(4) of the National Assistance Act 1948 (as inserted by section 148 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008) setting out which ordinary residence disputes are to be determined by the Secretary of State and which are to be determined by Welsh Ministers.
