Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you tell me the rough costs of
1. The Drugs and
2. The services , ie Dr / Nurse time / Testing etc for the treatment of Hep C, assuming an average course of treatment with Peg-interferon for 12 months on an average body weight male (say 12st if required)
