This consultation details how the Care Quality Commission propose to assess the quality of: councils as commissioners; PCTs as commissioners; NHS trusts and PCTs as providers; and adult social care organisations as providers. It also outlines plans for the Care Quality Commission will report the findings and details of the special reviews they are proposing for 2010/11. The consultation runs until 27 April 2010.
