The BME London Leadership is workshop is now open again and welcoming new applications! This valuable day is designed to kick-start you onto your leadership journey - turning your aspirations into reality. The day is made up of a series of presentations and clinics to give you specific skills and knowledge which will develop your leadership potential. Along with this, inspirational speakers give us an insight into their own leadership journey whilst dealing with a disability.
In addition, there is the provision of one-to-one coaching. For many this is the icing on the cake. Thousands of pounds worth of assistance and support - for free! You will have an initial coaching session on the day, discussing your current situation and your goals. This is followed up with three more sessions, usually conducted on the telephone, where you drill down to the specific avenues you will take to realise your dreams.
Present on the day will be various organisations with information to give out and plenty of advice. This is also a great opportunity to network with like-minded peers from across London.
A fully accessible venue and sessions, along with a free lunch - what more could you want!
Previous delegates from this programme have shouted from the rooftops as to how it has changed their lives!:
“I have started to act as a stronger leader within my community. The coaching was an incredible contribution to my development as a Deaf BME (Black Minority Ethnic) role model. It has assisted me in my confidence and my brand as a person. I look forward to what my future holds.”
Make sure you are one of the next beneficiaries of Radar’s BME Leadership events.
