Atos Origin awarded £300 million three year contract extension by DWP

 

Contract to continue to deliver medical and assessment services to 'support government's welfare reform agenda'

Atos Origin has announced that it has been awarded a three year contract extension worth over £300 million by the DWP.

Atos states that, under the contract extension, Atos Healthcare will continue to deliver medical advice and assessment services to support the government’s welfare reform agenda.

Keith Wilman, CEO for Atos Origin said -

'We have a successful and longstanding relationship with the Department for Work and Pensions and are committed to supporting the government’s welfare reform agenda to help those who are able get back to work and regain their independence.'
